If your item is in stock it will be sent out the next business day. Please contact us if you have any queries about the item(s) you would like to purchase or any special requests.

 

If your item is out of stock on our website, please send us an enquiry email at info@intent.co.uk and we will get you on our mailing list to be notified as soon as the piece you’re watching becomes available.

All items are gift wrapped in INTENT-branded box. If your purchase is intended as a gift and you would like a complimentary gift bag included, please enter it in the callout provided at checkout.

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch and we will accommodate your

request if we havent already posted it.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine what this price will be before ordering if you have any concern.

 

RETURNS
Customers are legally entitled to retract an order within 14 working days of receipt of the product and to return it in a saleable and unused condition for a full refund. However, our Complete Satisfaction Promise extends your ability to return an unsatisfactory online purchase for up to 28 days.

 

Refunds for unsatisfactory or damaged products will be fulfilled at the discretion of INTENT on the inspection of the product in accordance with INTENT’s prescribed ‘Wear & Care’ guidelines. In the unlikely case of damage or unsatisfactory items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your item.

When returning an item you must contact us at sarah@intent.co.uk providing us with your name, order details and a reason for return. Once this information has been received and acknowledged you must return the item within 7 days in the condition it was sold – unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging – with your order details and name. We will contact you as soon as the item has been received and your refund will be issued.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any returned items lost or those stolen in transit.

​

INTENT cannot refund postage and packaging charges, nor any tax and duties payable outside of the EU.
